Our Story

Thirty Years From the First Shovel

"We named it Phoenix because we build for the rebuild — homes and communities that come back stronger than what the storm took."

Owner Richard Sargent has spent 30 years working in and owning construction and concrete companies — growing Triple B Construction in Williston, ND from 3 employees to roughly 150, running ready-mix operations in North Dakota and Arizona, and now building concrete homes in Puerto Rico and disaster housing across the Gulf Coast. Phoenix Construction is that experience, aimed at the work that matters most.
